I purchased 8 Pella windows and an outside entry and screen door. They were delivered March 29, 2018. My largest picture window arrived with the bottom board mangled. It had been forgotten about until I called ... until then the subcontractor had been talking them. Terrible customer service, record keeping and knowledge. Today was the 3rd time theyve messed up my order and/ or wasted my time. You've lost business with a family thats regularly gutting and remodelling houses
we have had our new Refrigerator serviced for the same thing twice now and the ice maker is still not working. I have had to take vacation days so the technician could come out because they are only available from 8a-4p and both my husband and I work during those hours. We were told its your problem now and to call Whirlpool to get it fixed. Great service Lowes! Never buy from Lowes or get the warranty.
