Just horrible!!! Ordered 12 boxes of pergo flooring... Have been here since 4:15 it's 5:56 and they can't find three transitions I ordered 1 week ago... I will literally never shop at this lows again... So disappointed
Ordered a refrigerator 5/31/17. After numerous calls to follow up, it has still not been delivered. You would think that when a customer calls with a complaint, the company would make every effort to "make it right." I can barely even get a returned phone call.
Sorry my efforts to spend $300 in your store today disrupted the people in lawn and garden from looming at the computer. I'll go spend it at Home Depot on Southern. Maybe they have time to take my money.
You have offically lost my business. I was just in your store in Boardman and your nice Cashier Tom noticed I have a limp, reminded me about it and had to announce it and laugh... Stare at me the entire transaction, and then turn to watch me walk out. I am a two time cancer survivor I'm glad to be alive. You don't have to remind me in a little different!
