Horrible customer service. Been waiting 5 days for “management” to call to speak with us concerning incorrect materials that were delivered. We get hung up on every time we call the store.

We found the exact tile that we were looking for for a bathroom remodel. However three employees were just standing around the tile area talking and we asked where we could find a flatbed and we were going to load up the tile we wanted. Nobody offered to help us locate a flatbed just told us we’d have to walk around and find one. And they watched as we loaded the tile and never offered to help. We had a problem with Lowe’s and the installation company before they even entered the home. It took 2 weeks for them to even call with an installation date. We were charged extra to move furniture when all we have in a 444 sq ft room was 2 couches everything else was already moved. When the installer came they said they couldn’t instal because they wouldn’t move the couch because it was to large. Without our a doubt the worst customer service experience you can imagine. And stupid me I gave the benefit of the doubt not once but twice only to be burned a third time. WARNING to all do not purchase anything that requires flatbed delivery Online or in person with the Pro desk that you have a timeline for. I can’t even tell you what a disaster the last 2 months have been. I will never spend a dime at this store again. Here’s hoping somewhere else will actually care about their customers.
Terrible customer service , piss poor attitudes from employees , very unorganized
I have to say how disappointed I am in the store. I am currently doing a remodel of one of my rental properties and have been to multiple Lowe’s locations however this Mahoning county store as lacking major customer service. I was to the store on Sunday 6/21/20 around 4:00 stood in the blinds department with the request for help button pushed for over 25 minutes. Comments from friend: Again Lowe's on South Avenue in the not so good news. Just left there. Upon entering, buggies needing to be sanitized were done by the customer. One spray bottle that everyone upon entering the store uses with paper towel. Problem, no paper towel. I tell the service desk right by the door of the situation. My response was we have spray bottles and was lackidasical about finding wipes. A woman ended giving me wipes or a trip to my car to get some. Yep...you had 1 at the door and no wipes.
