RecommendedYour associate Ray who was working in the outdoor Grill department was very knowledgeable. He was great to speak with about grills and a huge help. Boardman Lowes has terrible customer service. I get that everything is hectic lately but as an employee you should not cop an attitude with customers who are just trying to check their order that was placed 9 days ago!. It should not be taking this long to fill online orders. absolutely pathetic staff who cant do anything right apparently. you have absolutely lost my business.

I was there on Saturday 3/23/19 and was waiting for paint about 8am the help thing kept going off the poor kid was helping someone already so I waited no big deal then this POS manager yeld at him for taking to long instead of putting his coffee down and helping me himself it is BS I spend alot of money there every week and if that's how they treat their employees well let's say I got my paint today at home depot JS

This is the second time I’ve been in here we the management and some staff have not been willing to help a disabled customer. There are always one or two great staff that end up coming around to make up for the unwillingness and lack of kindness and knowledge of the majority. Unfortunately.
This store deserves no stars. Terrible customer service. They sell an item they don't have, promise to call when it comes in. After waiting for a call that didn't happen, I call and find out the merchandise is available for pickup. Driving 40 minutes one way to get there and wasting gasoline, I discover there is nothing to pick up! Why don't their employees on the phone know what to tell customers or offer to find out. Ordered patio furniture to be delivered, one of the pieces was damaged. Called the store to see if they had another in stock only to be transferred, long wait and hung up on. Now we will have to take this huge item back to the store in hopes they have another in stock. Big inconvenience which why we opted for delivery since we didn’t have a vehicle large enough. Then not to even get to speak to an associate. Tried the Text a question app on their website and that was useless. Lowe’s you need to do some “home improvement”
