Ordered blinds From Lowes. They came out and measured but when the blinds came they wouldn't fit. They measured again, but they came in the wrong size again. Measured the 3rd time and remade them. Now they are sitting in the garage and Lowes managers and their installers don't answer our emails or return phone calls. We have been patient but we expected them to be up in January, and it's April now. Shame on you Lowes!

We bought an assembled Weber Grill from Lowe's. It arrived way too early and had multiple damages to it, including scratched stainless steel. In addition, since we were not scheduled correctly, we had to remain home until it arrived, which was highly disruptive to overcoming problems with my physical handicaps. When the Weber issues were explained to the Lowe's manager, there were no creative ways offered whatsoever to correct the disruptions caused bu Lowe's poor execution of their plans. Bought 2 of their Harbor Breeze dc motor fans in December. One is dead and all I'm getting is the run around about who will replace it because it's still under warranty! It's your brand, you sell it you should support it when it breaks down!

I used to like Lowes, but I have been getting very poor customer service, I gave this store an order in the flooring department and received no call back to finalize the order, it's been 4 days now, i called twice and no one knew anything about it, one more attempt and I will be going to Home Depot...

Purchased a range and refrigerator from this location. We will never purchased appliances from Lowe's again and would steer everyone away from this Lowe's in particular. We waited a week after purchase so we could have delivery early Saturday morning. We specifically asked for 8 am-12 time slot. They called (late) and said we were the LAST delivery and they would be there sometime before 4 pm. Then, when the refrigerator arrived, it was damaged. I would like to thank everyone at Lowe's today. My daughters school had to be evacuated and Lowe's graciously allowed the students to assemble in their parking lot and then disrupted their normal business to allow the students to stay inside their back warehouse area out of the cold. Again thank you for your thoughtfulness. My daughter thought it was exciting seeing your facilities.

Second year in a row we were sold a dead Christmas Tree from this location. This tree is growing mold and stinks. The assistant manager will do nothing for us unless we haul the dead moldy tree back to the store on our mini van. Never again! Four small disappointed kids too, thanks Lowes.
