I find it funny that Lowe's slogan is "Never stop improving". They have yet to improve their customer service. My wife and I are building our first home and the most frustrating part for us is your employees, online and in person, lying to us. Selling us appliances and services and guaranteeing delivery dates and installation dates only to be told, shortly before that date, that items are on back order or they can't complete installation as promised. I love to go there for all my home repairs everyone is always helpful and being a woman you don't always know exactly what you are looking for but I am always treated with respect by the guys they don't talk down to women which means a lot for customer service 100% satisfied. Please keep up the good work I still have repairs to do. �
With all the hurricane preparation frustration in the air, every associate that I came into contact with was just amazing! Each of them were very helpful, patient, offered help without me asking and did it with a smile...NO ATTITUDES WHAT SO EVER! What a very stressful day it was for me and my family; BUT, the associates were so calm like it was just another day. The line for plywood was a mile long but it moved so quickly without flaw! Thank you for being there for all of our families when you couldn't be home for yours!
