what is so hard about calling someone to schedule measuring for carpet!!!!! from the 13th to now.....7 days. I am so frustrated. this what you expect from Home Depot but never at Lowe's until now.
Do not order appliances through Lowe's. The company they contract out to deliver is a joke! They are rude and nasty and flat out lie to you. I ordered all new appliances through Lowe's my refrigerator was promised on a Tuesday they called and set up delivery and never showed. We spoke to a manager and rescheduled for Thursday the delivery driver tried to show up an hour early and lied saying my husband said he would be home early which he never spoke to the guy. I went to find something in the BBQ section and the lady went out of her way to help.
Ok usually I deal with the location in stw however I was in the area I decided to shop for plants and flowers for a few houses I'm rehabbing in ft Pierce , after taking the time to walk around with my GF picking out stuff we went to the counter the kid behind the counter took our order ,I didn't have my biz card or check book with us I told him to pull my and have it ready for sat morning pickup and I would bring my guys here too load it well they didn't pull the order,I had guys standing around doing nothing 4 almost an hou... read more
Went here yesterday do to the service in Stuart lowes was awful. They helped me right away in ordering 2 vanity for my bathroom. I will be picking them up today being I didn't have a truck yesterday and will also be purchasing more items to finish my remodeling. The service here was awesome and I will never go back to lowes in Stuart again. Yes Stuart lowes is closer to my home but I will continue to go to this location being they have people that will help you with any questions or orders that you have.
