I was used be work there for a Garden Center and I love it! I wanted come back! I love working with coworkers, customer service and best experience. I miss my job and miss working with employees! :)
All the employees are super helpful and patient with me and all my questions. Although when I had a washer dryer set ordered from here to be delivered, it was a nightmare.
What a GREAT store and AWESOME service. My apologies for not remembering the young woman's name in appliances who helped me find a range hood, but she was incredibly good! And Bradley at checkout was a very kind and helpful young man who helped me load my car because I have a bum shoulder. I'll definitely do my shopping here in the future. Thanks Lowe's!
The only reason I gave this good of a score is because Jim. (The assistant manager) He was great in helping us with the issues on my washer and was really friendly. However, with Lowes I am not happy. I had to return a new washer we had juat got. The repair company hired from the warranty would not fix the machine in a timely manner after it breaking less than 2 months after purchasing it. Then they came and switched it out and then hooked up our new washer wrong. Ruined a load of clothes. I ended up washing my darks in hot ... read more
I received service that was above and beyond from one of the managers today (Jim). As I left the store, I told him that I used to be a customer, but now I'm a fan!
