Warning! There is no social distancing in the aisles at Lowes (305 W Overland Rd, Meridian, ID, 5-6-2020, 640p). The narrow sprinkler parts aisle was borderline comfortable with 3 people in it but within minutes there were 11 people wandering about including a hefty, unmasked Lowes worker squeezing through the crowd. Nearly 8 weeks in quarantine compromised in minutes at Lowes. Lowes does NOT have you covered--you would be safer riding a crowded subway car. Inexcusable!
WHAT A JOKE!!!! Full parking lot and no controls as to how many people are in their store. No social distancing protocols being observed by staff or patrons AT ALL!!!!!!! Totally disappointed.
A bunch of old grumpy men who just give you one word answers instead of showing some customer service skills to help you out. Sent us to three different departments and no one really gave a care about helping us...... even when asking specific questions about what we were trying to do. Thanks for nothing. Definitely not going to the Meridian Lowe’s on overland again.
I recently purchased a vanity, toilet and dishwasher from this Lowes in Meridian. Kelly in the Pro Shop helped me make my selections and place my order. She was extremely helpful and is very knowledgeable about the products I ordered. Unfortunately, my vanity arrived damaged at the store. I contacted Kelly and she quickly reordered another vanity for me. After it arrived at their store, they delivered it to me on a Sunday which was a nice surprise. My husband spent 45 minutes looking at power tools at the meridian overland store with no help, while an employee just stood and watched him with out offering any kind of assistance. My mother in law and I walked around the garden center looking for a specific plant and were ignored by the staff as well. Not impressed by the customer service at this store at all.
Would love to rate higher, but we bought or fridge from here and the ice maker went out after not even 6 months of buying it and even with a warranty we can't seem to get it fixed because we don't have our receipt, but have the day it was purchased on our credit card. They say they can't find the information after 30 days which I find hard to believe. Wish they would do more to help their loyal customers who use them for every home improvement project thay we have done.
