I love Lowe's compared to Home Depot. Great staff that will assist you and actually know where items are. Easy to read signs and usually well-stocked shelves.

Horrible! Limited knowledge of products. No coordination of trades during kitchen installation. Find a local contractor. Left my senior parents without a stove to cook on. Run in the other direction for a kitchen remodel.
Went to Lowe's in Garden City to buy new windows and two entry doors for our house. Chris was extremely patient and helpful as opposed to an associate in a competing store who wanted nothing to do with us. Lowe's is the place that will get our order this week.
Great store, helpful and friendly staff, very organized! Wish we had a Lowe's in Queens.
