Ordered on-line Saturday for an in-stock item. Status shows "arrived at store" right after I purchased and - that's it. No further info. Impossible to get any further information via store phone or 800 number. And now out of stock in local area. I know everything is upside but c'mon. In the same time frame I've purchased online 3 times from Home Depot. All available to pick up next morning with no problem. If they had the item I wanted there - I would certainly buy from them.
Answer your phones... I placed an order last Thursday, at about 9am. No response at all from Lowe's. I called multiple times between Thursday Noon and Yesterday morning, and even tried every possible phone option to get through to a person: Not a single success. It has been a dissatisfying experience from the point we walked into the store until now with an incomplete installation job. I had the worst experience with the carpet installation in my new built. The installers that came were very rude and downright nasty. Not only that, they did a horrible job. They didn't have enough carpet to put in the closets in our bedrooms, So our closets now have half a carpet.
