The store is amazing and the staff are very helpful. The only thing I didn’t like is that we are valuable costumer for over ten years with a credit line of over ten thousand dollars, and after we purchase 600 dollars yesterday, we went back today and they declined our purchase, because if say it was not us. So embarrassing and the ploy in how we were treated today.
Never an issue here. Staff is always friendly and helpful; even improving upon my ideas when I let them know what I’m up to.
Got what I needed and applied for my Veterans Discount :) Everybody was helpful :)
Manage Customer Expectations and follow through with contractual agreements. Communication is non-existent.
This is 1 of the WORST experiences I have ever had. I purchased a toilet with installation on 2/20/18 and I still DONT have my toilet. Its 3/19/2018. The installer came with a broken toilet and missing pieces. This is beyond frustrating. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THEM!!
I ordered a cabinet online with a same day pick-up. I went to pick it up and it was not in stock. I was told to go to another store to buy this cabinet.
We brought a vanity on Thursday for guaranteed delivery on Saturday, which we received. Our contractor opened the box on Monday, and there is a crack on the front of it. This was the last thing to be installed before finishing the bathroom. We called customer service and were told we would get a call back from the manager which we didn’t. Besides being na great store to shop , they are also generous,they have donated Bottled Water and Batteries to me and my campaign to send relief supplies to Puertorico.I am deeply grateful and will be a loyal customer for life.
