Waited 2 months for a fence to be built. Lowe's had told me within 3 weeks. Told the whole job would be done in 1 day, it will take at least 2 days (very small yard!). Delivered the product and blocked my entire carport (anyone could see it would have fit in half the carport so I could park my car). Was told they would only take the deposit money from my account before job was done, took entire amount within 1 week. I went to Home Depot to purchase a riding mower, my experience was 8 hours of total disappointment. My wife and I went to Lowes in Maryvilles Smoky Point Wa. , we were greeted and treated by the best experience ever at a Lowes store. The employees name was Tiffany Ebert , thanks so much for the great care you gave us. I have shopped at Lowes from North Carolina to Washington , Tiffany is the best representative that I have ever came across .
Worst lowes I have ever walked into. Terrible customer service too. If I could give it a negative star I would.
All employees have attitudes and do not know how to speak to paying customers! And absolutely no respect of your personal time. Waited for someone to bring out what we paid for, for over 30 minutes and we were told it would be a few minutes. When we mentioned it she gave us this attitude like it was our fault. Never coming here again.
