I am having the worst experience with lowes. I ordered kitchen cabinets through them online and set up delivery. I asked the delivery driver to return a wall cabinet because he accidentally dropped it off the truck and damaged it, then he got aggressive with me and said" I wish I was in a position to complain about little things. " Lowe's resolution was an apology. A couple days later I awaited delivery for butcher block counter tops. Also damaged! DO WHAT YOU WERE PAID TO DO!
Consistently horrible long lines at checkout.
Not one person there is cleaning the carts, and there is no hand Sanitizer wipes in the blue bin. I guess they forgot there is a virus going around. No care for their customers safety.

I went to your Lowes to get my front door replaced, one month later after I paid to have it measured (took 3 weeks) after I was told they could do this, I was told 'sorry no contractor we have can do this" 1 month later I was told "we will refund your money, but you have to come to our store to get it." Appears Lowes doesn't have electronic banking! BYE LOWES
