Waste of time, I’ve had so many bad experiences at this Lowe’s and Lowe’s in general. Waited 30 minutes at the paint counter with 6 other people to just go to home depot and get paint faster... just tried to buy a mailbox and the cashier rang me up for 2... just goes to show that I shouldn’t try Lowe’s just because it’s closer...

Longest wait in line ever! 3 cashiers tied up, 1 item, 15 minutes later. Maybe time for self checkout. Credit insert, debit swipe? Really.
We purchased a freezer in January and at the end of July it died. After much hassle Lowe's agreed to replace the freezer. My problem is I had over $200 worth of meat in that freezer. WHO IS GOING TO REPLACE THAT FOOD?
