Wife ordered a refrigerator online that was in stock. Order went right in. About and hour and a half later Lowes (Avondale) called and stated it was a repaired fridge. and they did not want to send it out. First we are buying a new fridge and the inventory had it listed as new. Second not an offer for something similar and we could meet in the middle. So poor. I guess the Avondale Lowes is the top appliance seller for Lowes and they don't need to sell anything. Home Depot here we come.

The store is clean organized stocked and labeled. It's got everything a Lowe's should and the service is wonderful.

You really don't want me to write a review. I have had nothing but disappointment for a month on issues about promises that were made and never kept. I know the names of many managers there, though I wish I didn't, and I can honestly say I have nothing nice to say about any of them. I made a complaint and was told a representative would contact me from their corporate office in 24 hours and again nothing. I call again only to find out no new notes were taken down for someone to contact me. So I had to explain the entire prob... read more

I was very quickly helped by Diane, an interior decorator. Lovely woman, very knowledgeable. I was called in the time frame I was told to confirm a delivery for tomorrow. Great experience.

You can never find anyone to help you! Ever! I am very disappointed. Need to go to home Depot and spend my money there.

I love having a Lowe's close by and they normally have everything I need as a contractor. I recently ran into a situation that prompted me to write this. Lowe's needs to get better at getting products quicker. They used to stock the Schluter Ditra underfloor heat system for tile floors, it's a great system with lots of flexibility for odd shaped rooms. NO Lowe's has it in stock within 50 miles. I just bought a system 3 months ago, how is every store out of stock? I can order it but will take 10 days to get, not going to work... read more

Seriously....I purchase a stove from the Avondale Lowes and they do not instruct me that we need to purchase a cord for my install (shouldn't it show up when ringing through the purchase?). The installers come and can't install the unit because we don't have the cord. We have to go purchase the cord and do the install ourselves and when we open the stove it has a small blemish on it.
