Went to the Avondale store today to purchase countertops for our kitchen and bathrooms. I asked for a price on a countertop. I was told the person for that department was on lunch break and he would be back in an hour. If there were prices on countertop samples I would've need to ask. I'll purchase them elsewhere.
I called Lowes in Avondale to see if they had a generator. They told me they would set it aside with my name on it. I said that it would take me an hour to get there. In the meantime the sold it and we're very flippant dismissing me with an "oh, well, I thought I put a sold sign on it". Very unprofessional. Not a happy customer.

why does NO ONE answer the phone there!! it is ALL the time. Spend thousands of dollars and you have to drive there to ask questions about orders.
Just received the most exceptional customer service from three team members that deserve the recognition. William in Appliances approached and assisted me in the purchase of a GE gas range. Answered all questions I had with knowledge. Debbie and Keith in Client Service made sure that they checked the computer systems and got me the best deal possible. I am ecstatic with my unexpected purchase today. That’s what true service is like!
