Screw up on measurement for wood flooring. Floor installation partially complete. Waiting for lowes to tell me how much more flooring needed and schedule installer. It’s been 9 days. Numerous calls to flooring department. Called store mgr lm requesting r/c with no response. Filed corporate complaint with no response. No one takes ownership of problem. No one from corporate down to the local level has a clue about customer service. Very dissatisfied. Always a problem at this location.
I am so disappointed in Lowes! I have bought all my appliances for here and have never had a problem until October 2017 when they delivered a brand new dryer and the trucking company stole my old dryer which I still wanted and all the clothes that were in it!!! While lowes keeps telling me it was the trucking company that stole it and on the paperwork they were clearly not supposed to take it, I bought the dryer from Lowes and at this point I hold Lowes responsible also. Still waiting for my next day delivery on a fridge I bought 3 days ago. No one takes ownership of their screwups or how to fix the situation. I had a store manager tell me to call them back to give them an update like its my job to follow up with them. Now I've had to trash all my food and have no clue if or when I'm getting my fridge. Never again.
More than once now we have not been able to get help with what we needed and waited long periods of time.
