Found an exact match for our bathroom cabinets at the Newark store. Called ahead of time to see if they had just one more. THEY DID! Spoke with Jasmine to see if they could hold them. They couldn’t because this was the holiday weekend. But, she said speak to Mr. Al in appliances. He was so helpful. He said hurry in! We were one hour away and it was close to closing time. Terrible customer service!! Can never get anyone on the phone and even if you go into the store the associates have no clue what is going on or they lie to you. Pass the buck or LIE!! That is the motto of Lowes Newark!!
Just had a terrible experience with the delivery of appliances and told the delivery personnel to return the appliances, we are cancelling the order. We have made several attempts to contact customer service to officially cancel the order and can't get through to anyone. We have made many purchases over the years and I'm so disappointed with this current situation. It's great when you don't have a problem, but when you do ... they forget who you are.
