Don't bother getting installation service from them. The doors we ordered have been at the store for days now. They still haven't contacted installation services to let them know. I've had to contact the store twice. Ridiculous. It's also tough to reach anyone at the store. It was like an act of congress to just be able to find someone in the store that could take the order I'm about ready to ask for our money back and go somewhere else.
Just waited over 45 minutes to pick up a lousy piece of vinyl siding that I ordered online to pick up in store. Not to mention there were a couple older gentlemen waiting for help in the paint section for a half hour. You're customer service is terrible. Needless to say, I won't be back!
There was ONLY 1 reg. open WHY ' because ' they WANT you to use the ' self check out '
My first time here. Went in to buy one item left with a carriage full. Everything was easy to find The employee's were friendly & helpful. Can't wait to go back. �
