So annoyed!! I'm trying to paint this cabinet black. 4 coats later and it's still grey!! Could it be the friggin base is wrong?!? Ughhhh. Supposed to use a base coat 4 and instead they used a base coat 1?!🤦🏻♀️
Placed an online store pickup order on Oct 7, 2019, 1:42 PM EST. Arrived at the store on Oct 8 at around 6:30 and the order was STILL NOT READY! How does it take 29 hours to pick an order consisting of a medicine cabinet?
Will never shop at Lowe's again! Had them install my French and has been a total nightmare! SHODDY cheat wood terrible workmanship! Have been waiting 6 mins to have them repair it! they suck!
Do the people in Management not read these reviews or do they just not care. The good need is I predict they will be out of business within 5 years. Customer service is the backbone of any business and Lowe’s sucks at it.

Been waiting ALL day for a dryer to be delivered. Was purchased in Danvers, MA and scheduled OVER a week ago, called to confirm and it wasn’t even on the list! I was told it was added and would be here between 5p-7p TODAY. I called at 7:15p store mgr “Chuck” said the truck didn’t make any of it’s deliveries today. Really? You didn’t think you should contact your customers about this? How about a refund, at least Home Depot delivers.
