I have to be honest. This is a disorganized store. Staff isn't helpful or knowledgeable and rarely are enough registers open. Could be better.
Regarding Iris by Lowes - Need assistance - After running back & forth and going through 3 hubs, I still can't get it to register and have been able to get ZERO assistance. Reached out to the chat feature on the Lowes page and was directed to go to the store; went to the store and they directed me to IRIS customer support. Called customer support and they sent me to the store as they are the experts. Previous experience w/the Wetumpka Lowes was great - this current experience is the worst I have ever encountered!!!
