Recommendedas a decorator and homeowner, I am in Lowe's several times a week. I've gotten to know many of the employees and I cannot say enough about their genuine customer service. they go above and Beyond. I always feel like I learn something new about my home or the project I'm in too, after I've gone in there and dealt with and employee. Spent the whole day at home waiting for Lowes in Wetumpka to deliver my large fencing materials order. Eventually called them around 4pm only to find out they don't deliver using the Flatbed on weekends. What a waste of a day. They had no intention of calling me either
Love the customer service at Lowe’s in Wetumpka, from the cashiers to the other departments in the store.
Just left Lowes at 7:57 pm on Friday evening after waiting more than 30 minutes for an appliance salesperson. The couple ahead of me had been waiting for 25 minutes. The appliance salesperson was working in the flooring department and they didn't have anyone else to send to take her place. The store was not even crowded. This was totally unacceptable!
Placed an online order and still had to go in and pull my order the next day. I will be using the local company next time. They deliver for free too!
