Shoutout to Lowe’s! Woke to find my fridge had gone out (after I JUST filled it with groceries). I was at Lowe’s by 7:15 and by 8 I was walking out of the door checked out. They had a spot for 1 more delivery today and by 9:45 my refrigerator was set up and done. Mrs. Lisa was so much help in appliances and Kale was awesome delivering. Quick, efficient, and had a great personality!
Attempted to get assistance with a Christmas tree purchase . NO ONE attempted to help or unlock the gate to let us drive up.to load the tree. My husband had to drag it through the store. NO ONE apologized either. VERY POOR customer service TODAY !!!!
We stopped for a couple of small things which we found without a problem. Then we walked to the fire pits to look them over. Some were priced, some not. Tried to find them in the boxes but they were not where the display said. Finally found them but could hardly get to them because of Christmas decor sitting in the aisle. No one ever came to ask if we needed help! Christmas, really? It's still September!
Nothing but great experiences at Lowe's of wetumpka!! Had to swap a barely working fridge today. Staff took care of me, got the swap and delivery on same day expidited.
Always good experience at Lowes . Friendly people all the time.
