For this experience.. ordered on line a new bagger for a lawn mower, set up the delivery, for last Sunday, it was suppose to be delivered... it never showed up... called the delivery center, the Lowes store in Montgomery put the call center on hold... the store never got back with the call center.. so we go in on Friday, and we pick up the bagger...Lowes can’t print the receipt, because it ( the bagger ) was ordered on line, so we wait over and hour, for the store to print a receipt so they can show the pick up of the item..... read more
Lowes has got to be the sorriest place EVER to shop!!! I ordered shower doors almost 2 weeks ago they were supposed to be here on the 14th it's the 15th and they just shipped and they told me it would be a few more days before I could pick them up WTF!! Nobody at the 1-800 number or at the local store have any idea what the heck they are doing! I WILL NEVER AGAIN SHOP AT LOWES!!!
The app wasn’t working so customers couldn’t find anything. Staff was lost at finding items. They thought I was stupid when I asked for a strap wrench and were shocked to find they sold them. It was higher than other places. The was no a/c so it was hot. The staff was overwhelmed. Several customers walked out including me. Usually a good experience but not so much this time.
Particularly bad experience. Placed an internet order for an Adjust-a-gate for a privacy fence I'm bulding. They called saying in was in and I could come pick it up. I waited in the customer service line for 15 minutes. Then when I got with the rep they called to the back of the store to bring it up. It took them 30 minutes and three associates to finally find it and bring it up. 5 minutes before the gate finally arrived I had requested to just cancel the order and credit my account and I would go next door to Home Depot and... read more
Lowe's has excellent customer service, with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have the best selection of inventory and the healthiest plants.
I did not appreciate having to lug heavy landscaping materials through the store to the main check-out, simply because the gate to the garden/nursery department was locked. That really sucked.
As usual an aisle I needed to go down was closed off and nobody was in the paint dept. and nobody knew where they were!
