I was in line with a plum tree the cashier wanted me to go back and find a bar code I told her no call a manger she say they all the way in the store then a lady walked in from lunch and told her after she clock in she will check that's understandable she came back and said the barcode was actually on a limb and it was the reason I'm upset I stayed In line 7 minutes or more with no customers behind me but she wanted me to go look instead of at least calling someone because i feel like it was my job and apparently it wasn't h... read more
RecommendedI am the PSE at 0441 in Montgomery! We have a very capable and hardworking staff!! This is a very trying time for everyone. With people being so understanding of the time it takes to return items they mistakenly purchased but do not need! Or as objects often do not work as expected and have to be returned! I am writing this from an endless hold on 2 different lines trying to let you know how disappointed I am in your entire business process and get my order revived from a lifeless state. I have been a loyal customer for years. I visit my local store multiple times a week, some weeks I've literally stopped every day after work for something. The Montgomery Lowe's (0441) store says they have curbside pickup but I tried to do it today and they kept hanging up on me, spent 10 minutes recalling. I called 409-9000 according to their instructions and selected option 2. I then had to go inside and pickup my order and that took over 25 minutes when there was only 4 people inline at customer service. The pickup line had no one at it. This all happened at 9 AM on a Friday morning. Worst customer service I have experienced in years.
Worst customer service ever! Steer clear of Donnell especially!
cashiers should be able to ware mask and gloves during this cov19. they are vulnerable and exposed to everyone checking out.
