Can't even get these people to answer the phone so that I can see if my cabinets are ready to be picked up. Contacted the corporate office
We had ordered windows installed and it took several calls and contact with the corporate office before the contractor came out to actually install the windows. It took about 3 months and when finished some windows would not open properly another was not level. We are still waiting on them to complete this job as expected. I am hoping despite the other reviews I've read that they will come through as promised because I'd like to have some doors installed as well.
The worst customer service ever! Someone acting as mgr. name Lakita refused to honor website prices. Refused to let me send her a screen shot of the ad. Even after giving her the item and model number from the website she said, she could not change what "her" computer says. I'm quite sure you have the same internet and website as I have and you "don't see the price"?? Then when ask for her name she refused to give her name and walked away. We had to get her name from another employee!!!!
Shopped here all the time. Has really gone downhill. Clerks are lazy, won't help. Stand around on cell phones and watch you. Pay for items and the delivery fee, never shows up and you get now calls. Won't answer phones when you call. Need to fire everyone and get some manager with b--ls.
