The time is 1527 hours and I have been waiting on my delivery all day long. Haven't even been given a courtesy call to let me know when they would be here. I've called the store 3 times and put on hold each time. The last time I called I was put on hold for almost 10 minutes and I still didn't get to talk to anyone. I don't mind paying $59 for you to drive 12 miles to my house but I do mind when you don't drive the 12 miles to my house with the product I ordered. You're slacking Lowe's. I bought a washer at abingdon lowes have had it a little over a year its already torn up when i call all they do is tell me they will send someone out to fix it at my expense so if their products only last a year im takin my business some where else
