This particular Lowes in Abingdon, VA refused to help my husband and proceeded to tell him he shouldn't have bought a Samsung washing machine after ours broke 4 months after we bought it. They didn't have the one we bought and they refused to give him one that matched the dryer we have. Pathetic. I will never recommend this Lowes. And we bought the 3 year warranty!
I tore my house up, looking for the receipt I needed to make a return. I had paid with cash, so they couldn’t just refund to my credit card. I gave up and decided to take the store credit. The employee at customer service, Emma, looked through the system, searching through each day because, I couldn’t remember the exact date, to find my receipt! I got my cash back and am so grateful she took the time to do that. Thanks, Emma!!
Terrible service. In february I bought a new fridge, and it broke a week after I plugged it in. Lowes and Frigidaire warranty program told me to call back when covid was over. I called back in June and they send they were sending someone to confirm it was broken and he never showed up. I called back 3 times in July and they said the team that finds the repairmen hadn't even looked at my account. Seriously fed up. Buy from Home Depot instead.
I am still in shock. We had a smoker/grilll delivered this week to have for Father's Day. We were starting it up today and it didn't work! Had several issues. I called and talked to the Manager. He was pleasant and super nice but the shocking part......he had another one AT MY HOUSE with in two hours! It is never about a place not having issues, but how they handle them when they do. Could not have been better! THANK YOU LOWES!
I've worked there and the Bristol location and bought from Lowe's also. Employee s are helpful and knowledgeable and I have bought many items from W/D, stove, fridge, special order tile and the recycled countertop was amazingly beautiful 5 star
The workers were very helpful. And nice. They took the time to help me find what I needed
The customer service in the lawn mower department is horrible. We came today to buy a tiller. Waited and waited. The guys working in that area just ignored us. Finally went to customer service. No one helped us there. Finally asked a young man, Caleb for help and he got us our 900.00 tiller. This place gets worse every time we need an appliance or garden equipment. I wanted to leave a compliment. I shopped at the Lowe's in Abingdon, VA. Josh Rhea helped us in the garden center and was great. He was wonderful to work with and is a perfect example of what customer service should be. Thanks Josh for fixing our issue and making sure we had what we needed. God bless you!
