I was truly pleased when I did a kitchen countertop renovation. Nathan at Lowe's in Abingdon was wonderful to work with, got everything right, came to our house to measure and was just a great all round good guy. This place is ridiculous. We ordered a washer from them and was expecting delivery all day today then when we contacted them when they never showed up they said they tried calling but never once came here. This place is a joke.
Started a project for a small galley kitchen with an order in Oct2017 and it’s still not done. This is taking longer than it did to build our last house. 5 incorrect orders by Nathen. Delays, delays, delays. We’re ready to file suit. We were just told they ordered the wrong sink for the cabinet and it might take another few weeks. The contractor they used also damage our tile floor and said he wasn’t responsible for fixing it. I guess he’s not insured. Probably not bonded either. Takes to long to get anything loaded and when your contracted by the job time is money had to load cinder blocks for a customer who had few back surgeries that was waiting on Lowe's employee that never came
Great staff and service plenty of stock as well.
Staff is unfriendly and rude. I will NEVER return to this location
It's okay to buy your siding at Lowes but don't let them install it. We have siding falling off our house and because the "one year" warranty on installation has expired, they want to charge us to rehang due to defective installation.
