Went in to get boxes for moving, I like lowes moving boxes better since they have handles and cost the same as Home Depot. Used the restroom which was very clean compared to any other store on the strip. All in all a decent visit
Bought carpet from them. When the installer came to install the new carpet they realized not all the carpet got ordered. I have called 5 times to get issue corrected. Here we are 25 days since the initial date, I still haven't heard back from anyone and I still have bare floor. I have been understanding and patient but I am not anymore. �
They treat their delivery department like slaves. You never come home on time. Youll be scheduled a 7-4 but You'll work from 7 in the morning till possibly 7-9 at night all the time. The department Manager is arrogant and rude to say the least. They'll send you out to far distances and expect you to come back after 12hrs to grab deliveries they've added on. Sunday morning woke up to a refrigerator not working, called my local Home Depot, inquiring about thier stock of refrigerators. Not much in stock, most everything is special order, 1 week out.... Needless to say, Lowes got my business. Offered me thier rental truck for free, and thier appliance dolly free. Got the fridge in and didn't lose any food. Linda was very helpful on the phone, and Bill was our sales associate when we arrived. Great friendly staff!!! Good bye Home Depot.
After shopping at Lowes for the last 15 years, I had THE WORST experience ever and emailed customer service and NO ONE got back to me. It was 2 weeks ago and I had a woman working there yelling at me and chewing me out because I was unhappy with the customer service and offered NO apology. I go to Home Depot now where they aren't rude.
Made an online order for pick up, got an email stating it was ready. Drove to the store to get it. No one wanted to go get it, two separate men were sent. The girl at customer service wrote item numbers for patio furniture on a piece of paper and gave to another man to go PULL the items. 45 minutes later ( I've already been here 45 minutes, so we're up to an hour and a half for a ready to pick up online order) he comes back with 2 chairs a table and 2 umbrella stands, which is what the girl wrote, however not quite what was ... read more
