I purchased a new floor and had a Lowes contractor install it. When they finished, I found 2 HUGE scrapes on my wall. I also found that they only put 2 of the 4 bolts back on my toilet. The toilet also had a sizable hole in the porcelain. I filed a complaint and was told they would get back to me in 24-48 hours. Well, 8 days later and nothing. We were supposed to have a our equipment for our patio delivered today. I never received a call as to a general time frame that they would be here, as was told to us when we paid for the delivery service. I called the store 4 times before being given a straight answer. I was told that if you are having something delivered, it is an all day time frame. So I was expected to be home all day to accept the delivery. The customer service was absolutely awful. I've never had a problem with Lowe's but this is unacceptable.
I try to give this location chance after chance and regret it each time. Every time I go in there I can never find anyone to assist me. When I do find someone they act like they are being bothered. I went to Home Depot afterward and was in and out in 10 mins!
Lack of help in the garden area. Not enough registers open for checking out the customers. Plant selection was good.
First Lowe's that has told me that I couldn't park there for 10 hours!! I guess it time to go to home depot
