What your crazy cousin and Karen mother-in-law said they hated this store and this location because of their horrible and difficult service; they are not lying. Wow has buying a washer and dryer never been more horrible. They changed the delivery dates 3 times on us without telling us; I only found out because I called the day we originally scheduled it because no one showed up. once they get your money they don't care. Their customer service totally and completely is terrible. don't buy anything that needs installed,they have 3rd party business to their delivery and installation they won't install,then they won't pick up old appliance. just do yourself a favor shop else where

Tried to return an online order that was received 30+ days AFTER I purchased it. Customer service was RUDE, lady threw her hands up and said she just works here. Manager was no help and just walked away. I get there’s a 90 day return policy but it’s Lowe’s fault for not delivering my order in a timely fashion. My return window was already have over by the time I got the products. Also, 4 of the lights I ordered were defective and wouldn’t work, they refused to let me return. … See more

Absolutely will not help in anyway there answer to helping especially when it comes to home delivery is hanging up on the customer because they don’t want to be bothered with helping! In a nutshell the do not care about the customer at that store!

waiting in a cash and credit line for 22 minutes times it on our phone . the lady kept asking are we cash or credit I said cash 3 times that she asked me. then on the 4th time she said well you can go to lumber our computer is broke..... it has been the same customer for 22 minute wtf you couldnt have told us instead making us waste time. wont be back this is stupid rather go to a Meynards or home depot

I always swore by Lowes, until now. I strongly discourage anyone from shopping from this retail location. They don't fulfill online orders, regardless if you call and confirm before your ship date. I was left hanging and did not get a straight answer from a manager until hours later. The manager did offer me a discount but also suggested that I look into different store, more specifically Carter Lumber to have my order fulfilled. Horrible experience with MELISSA at customer service. I was returning flooring, looking to get CASH back. The cashier didn’t even ask if I wanted cash or returned to debit, therefore he just went ahead and returned to debit. Now I’ll be having to wait 2 weeks for this refund, where I could have gotten it today, to spend in your store. Re-train these horrible employees to ask questions! Stop trying to make everything so fast, and make it a great customer service. Will NOT be returning to north canton Lowe’s.

If you say you offer 'curbside service' and send a confirmation email on how to proceed when you get to the store, it would be helpful to actually have someone answering the phone-
