Worst customer service ever. The so called "Managers" are very rude. I will take my company's money somewhere else.
We ordered a floor that was special order they said it would be a week to get it in which is fine. We told them that we had furniture coming and we were going to wait for the furniture until we got the floor. Well a week passed and we called asking about it, they said "oh sorry we forgot to order it." Now we are just now getting the floor a month or so later. We had to keep re-scheduling the furniture delivery because of Lowes. They didn't even hurry after they "forgot." Next time we are going to the Home Depot.
A couple of weeks ago I posted that I was having a problem with the Brimfield Ohio store, and I needed some help to resolve the problem. I was contacted by Lowe's and put in direct contact with the store management. I have to say that the manager, Susan, and the Assistant Manager Chad did what was needed to be done to fix the problem. The resolution was quick. We reached a good compromise and I am happy with the solution. Thank you
