I have always had a positive experience at the Lowe's in Brimfield. Yesterday, April 28, 2017, was a different story. I was looking for spring flowers and garden soil. I found the bags of garden soil, and they were very heavy. I struggled but managed to get two in my cart. At the checkout, I asked the clerk for help getting the bags into my vehicle. IF I COULD GIVE YOU NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!! Worst customer service from a store and corporation.
Where do I begin, I thought I'd give you guys a go for windows and now I'm regretting my decision. Everything was smooth up until the contractor you hire didn't want to replace my bathroom circle window bc it seemed like too much work and he supposedly would have a hard time matching the tile that would need replaced by the window. The staff is great and friendly. I like that they hire people with personality! I was also able to easily find everything I was looking for.
