I was in on Sunday July 15th and placed an order for 9 sets of foam tiles for my child’s surprise play room. I was told these would be in the following week. Sunday July 22nd I call because I have not heard if they arrived or not. Nope no arrival... wait it gets better... it doesn’t even look like the order had been placed because the distribution center didn’t have any in stock. My expieriance wasn’t the worse but i bought a lawn mower and i definitely asked the salesman a variety of questions including my number 1 question was it hard to assemble he told me all i would have to do was attach the handle. Well i get home and let me tell you more than the handles needed to be attached lol i was left flustered! So i took to fb for help my friends laughed at me and asked why i didn’t purchase it already put together well the answer was simple i never knew i could do such a thing and i feel like the sales... read more
Employees here care more about chatting with each other than helping a customer. Don’t waste your time.
What a joke I would never recommend doing a project with this location. Just ask Justin who works there everything is a lie
Worst customer service ever first asked where I could find a cart was informed they were all in the parking lot went out and retrieve the cart asked for help loading up some fencing I was trying to get was told to wait we get to you eventually after 15 minutes waiting for help gave up and left
I'm a home stager who is often buying lumber and other traditionally 'male' items to build or rehab furniture and decor. I have never ONCE been treated like a 'little lady' in this store and always have helpful, prompt, and friendly service. I can't say any of that about another certain big box hardware store. THANK YOU for making my frequent shopping trips more pleasant and training your employees to be polite and treat customers like professionals and adults. :) :)
