Yesterday I had a washer and dryer delivered from Lowe's in Nort Canton. The truck couldn't get up my driveway due to the snow. Rick and Andy got out of the truck and walked the washer and dryer through the snow. I have a 400 ft driveway. They also had to take my old ones back to the truck. They went way out of their way on this delivery. Thanks so much. You guys are awesome.
The customer service dept. Is all about self service and not about the customer. I went to customer service under the big sign that says order pickup, was very rudely told to go to lane 2. I said I was there to pick up an internet order, that got me a sigh an eye roll and a nasty look. So I asked if he could do the pick up on lane 2 (a simple, "he can help you with that" would have been great) I then got a "well yeah" in a disrespectful tone.
