its my favorite store. Easy access in and out of the parking lot. The workers are friendly and helpful.
This guy named Joe Restifo provided exceptional help when I was in need. He went above and beyond to accommodate me in and explained the products in full detail. I will be visiting again soon!
Really poor customer service. Management in the store oblivious . Too busy in the office to worry about customers. Has anyone ever seen the store mgr walking around greeting customers nottttttt.
Ian at our Wadsworth location is great. He came out several times to work with us on a fence and deck. He has a great personality. I just had my fence installed yesterday and they finished today. It looks amazing and my dogs and kids love it! Thank you Ian and Wade & the guys for your help. Please consider adding a referral discount as we have recommended several customers to use Lowes.
Not a happy customer, bought a whirlpool refrigerator less than 3 years ago with an extended service warranty. Fridge quit working last monday. Called tuesday for service and have to wait till next Tuesday for service.
