Just wanted to thank Scott and Matt - employees - who were very helpful to me yesterday - Scott directed me to seasonal for a product - walked me over - even though it was not his department. Matt in seasonal could not have been more helpful :)! He went way beyond the call of duty to demo products to me (they were not easy to get to for him) - patiently explained features, etc. Very helpful and obviously valuable employees to Lowes :)!
I placed an order for a bathroom vanity on Sunday, July 29 and was told that it should take 5 to 7 business days to come in. When I called on the seventh business day to check on my order I was told it was not in yet. I then called on the ninth business day and again was told it was not in yet. When I requested to speak with a manager I was transferred to a manager named Michael. Michael proceeded to look in the back of the store and found my vanity. Customer service person was sarcastic. Unhelpful.
To be honest I don't even know where to begin. Six weeks ago, when my fiancé and I went into the store to order doors we were completely ignored by 5 different employees who walked by us waiting in the millwork department for assistance. (In retrospect, we should have walked away then!) We then spoke with one of the store managers named Kevin who was able to set up a time where the installer would come out and measure the doors and give us an installation estimate.
