I honestly don't have anything bad to say I can't thank enough the help they have given me with my kitchen appliances always get friendly service from Dino and when my fridge came defective they gave me a loaner fridge .

I would like to thank the mangers at Lowe's in Lancaster store , I had a delivery issue I called and was greeted by such a gentleman he was so polite concerned about my issue offered all he could, then later on I had to stop by the store coz something else came up wow met the same manager I can't believe the team at Lowe's amazing amazing people, thank you guys you guys are truly the best , homedepo WHO and what from here on ,Lowe's is the ultimate when. It comes to great friendly shopping experience

I was just there to get a pot and some gnat nix. I couldn’t find it the people working were busy closing up but I asked for help and a gentleman was really kind and helped me look then when I struggled getting the giant pot off the shelf he helped with out even me needing to ask. He could have gone off since he helped me with my question but instead he helped me and then asked if I need any more help. I think that’s great and if I caught his name I’d call the manager and let them know . I am a terrible person for showing up ... read more

hey lowes, very upset with you guys you told me an early afternoon delivery,i called at 230 and you told me you would look into it, driver calls me at 245 and told me he would be there in 45 min, he said roughly 330. no del at 330, i called back at 430 someone proceeds to tell me about your 2 hour window, i said get me a manager, spoke to josie??driver calls me back 445 said he would be there in 15/25 and to charge me 65.00 for a delivery charge when you cant even figure what the hell is going on in your store. i was told it... read more

We ordered a new fence through Lowes. The project began in May 2016 and was not completed until August 2016, thanks to wrong products/deliveries, no return phone calls, etc. Then the new fence began to fall down and the gate broke, and on March 2, 2017, I made my first phone call to Lowes re the broken gate.
