Bought a dishwasher 3 months ago it’s now covered in mold been calling for 3 days and told there is no manager or supervisor on site and they will call me back after multiple attempts and some attitude finally one appears. They are nothing but rude on the phone and didn’t care all they wanted me to do is come by another dishwasher and give me $50 off. I asked him why I would even go back there and couldn’t give a reason. Customer service is no longer a thing it’s push the customer off until they snap.

Your delivery service is awful! A two hour window...NEVER happens! We always end up calling after waiting, and get some lame excuse as to why they are “running late”. If I wasn’t here, you wouldn’t deliver...but we wait for hours and end up with “You are the first delivery, but they are loading the truck first.” If I’m first, and you load the truck first in the am , and it after 930, how could you be running late? I was at the Leominster, MA store between 5-6pm and had an older man, Ed assist me. He was beyond helpful! He had a camouflage vest and a "proud veteran" pin on. I think he should be recognized for his pleasant service!
Did not get rebate from LG washer and dryer pedestals. Should have been over $300.00. Will never buy an appliance from Lowe’s again.
Worst customer service ever! I’ve never been lied to as many times by so many different levels of management. Had a confirmed delivery date yesterday for our new roof. After not being delivered we called and then ended up going and trying to figure out why. 2 hours there and tons of excuses they promised it would be here today. Thank you Lowe’s for special ordering our hardwood flooring that had been previously discontinued at the store. Paul D’Angola from the flooring department was very helpful in this process.�
Been waiting for our stove to be delivered on Saturday and I call to see when our stove will be delivered they never showed called an hour before the three hour window saying they were able to bring it that night . I called today the persin I talked to she said we would get it deliverd today between 5 and 7 today and I called tonight they said it was rescheduled for Tuesday I am a so dissatisfied customer you should be in contact with your delivery men or have a way to communicate with them.
My friend Erin O’Connor just had the WORST SERVICE from you. I am so dissatisfied with how you have treated her. Make it right with her and the fact your installer and your branch have seriously disrupted her life.
