This is my last resort. I've emailed corporate two times My husband and kids were here on Wednesday may 17th. My husband tripped over a display. No one offered help. He was bleeding!! A lot!! Then he was overcharged for plants. He spoke with three employees. One was even a manager. The best they could do was offer s towel to clean up the blood. Pathetic. He runs a business only a block away. We will not be returning to the store. Even corporate can't get it right.
People here are slow, unknowledgeable and very lazy..... Very dirty and unorganized.... I meant a lot to Lowe's and this is by far the worst one.
If you have a great price on something then you should have it in Stock for customers to buy, I can be an impulse buyer when there's something I have been looking for, 2 compressors at great prices and neither one I could walk out with, and I even asked the clerk, "What you see on the floor is what we have". So Tractor supply Co. Had it in there flyer so I bought it from them. And it was the same compressor at the same price, it cost me extra time and a extra stop. Oh well. Your loss Lowes.
