I would have given them a 5 until they delivered the wrong lawn tractor. That was still ok because they called and said we have the correct one and it will be delivered to you within the hour. Waited for over 3 hours. Then discovered that in fact it was not set up like we were promised.
I went to Lowes to today to look at their indoor plants. I don't know if they were in the process of revamping the area, but the women working there was clearly annoyed that I was browsing. She sighed loudly several times and stood where she was until I moved out of the way. We left and didn't bother buying anything.
The worst nightmare to make a return I will never stop by this store again!
Purchased electrical stapler for a carpeting job I need to finish today when my manual stapler broke. Realized when I got home I had the wrong staples. Noticed the store was out but figured I’d check because perhaps there are alternative staples or perhaps some still in stock. I mean you are the experts right? When the manager of the hardware area literally laughed condescendingly saying if it says we’re out then you have to order it. I don’t think that’s an inappropriate Customer question Right? If you have a couple hours to burn before someone actually tries to help you I guess you can come here. If you are a normal human being who enjoys decent customer service maybe try the Orange store across the street.
No one ever greets you with hello can I help you depot has it all over them
The most poorly managed Lowes that I've ever been in. Went to customer service to have someone cut an 8ft, 6 gauge 100 amp wire. They paged them 5 times in less than an hour. Then we were told he was on lunch break...an hour long lunch break. No one else can cut wire in the entire store. Poor management period. We will never step foot in Lowes of Manchester again
Horrible service. Bought 15 bags of mulch and they said that they would help me get everything in my car...25 minutes later and I am still waiting for someone to help me. In another 5 minutes I am going to go in and ask for my money back to get my mulch at Home Depot
