Ordered an upright freezer to be delivered on Wednesday between 10:30 - 2:30. Called at 2:30 and we were told we were next stop. Called store and was told that it was out of their control. Delivery company couldn’t locate their driver. Received notice via email that product was delivered. Called customer service to dispute charge, cancel order and report. I will not buy anything from this store. Manager name Kevin who would not give me his last name was so unperfetional. Should not be a manager with the adatude he has. Your FIRED
I will say it is cleaner and better laid out that Home Depot, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. I watched a female customer ask an employee for help and without even looking up he responded with a loud NO and kept walking. I watched the same woman park her half filled cart and walked out empty handed. I did find another employee and explained what I witnessed and described the employee to him and said yeah I know who that is, and said he should have retired. I said no, he should be fired.
The worst location ever! Manager Dillon has been on lunch break for a week now! Not a single employee can help me! Worst customer service ever! Everyone is clueless! Minimum wage workers just get paid to show up, no one does their job! I'm going to Home Depot!
I ordered on line Sunday, go to pick up Monday, not picked, lost! C'mon, better things to do with my time. What gives? Lost order on line. Why waste my time ordering.
Teresa, the manger of the appliance department at Lowe's in Manchester, really understands customer service. I purchased two appliances there at the beginning of March this year, and there were a couple of issues with set-up and delivery I was not happy with. Teresa did not rest until I was satisfied. Just went to Lowe's in Manchester to pick up a new AC unit. Never have I ever seen the parking lot that crowded. Went in from the garden center. and there they were! Had Fran with me in her chair so I couldn't get it myself and this nice female employee came over to ask if she could help. I picked out what I wanted, she went and got a dolly, had a gentleman load it, brought it to register to check out, and Bingo! I was done.
