I just want to share a story about two people who work for your company. Ana and John went above and beyond for me at the Sprague store in Spokane Washington. I didn't realize when I ordered over the phone that I ordered a floor model of a Christmas tree. I would have been unable to break down a tree and handle my son but it didn't end up being an issue at all because these two stepped up without me asking. Needed help to build my fence in Florida I was told 4 different instructions and each time I follow them, I get sent to a different department FOUR TIMES. In the end, after coming back to the store saturday, sunday and monday AS I WAS INSTRUCTED TO, they said to call Florida Lowe's to build my order. Very inconvenient. Personnel don't really know their processes.
I have been trying to get my rebate for a roofing project we did for weeks. It should not be this difficult. The rebate submission email was never sent to me. Now we are weeks after the project and I am having to call the install office over an over to check on what is going on. I have texted my sales rep multiple times with no reply. I feel my money was taken and the customer service was not returned.
replacement of a purchase has been an absolute headache. we finally, after literally months, and just in time for summer, got our pellet stove home last night and went to unload it this morning only to notice the power cord for the unit was cut off and missing and the back and sides of the stove itself are scratched and scuffed up.
store was very clean and staff was very helpful.
They cut 27 sheets of Masonite for me, and even better than that, when my truck broke down in the parking lot Stanton and Bill went way out of their way to help me out. This included giving me a jump with a personal vehicle and even a ride to the parts store for a battery. Thanks so much guys, I’ll be back for sure.
My wife and I waited two and one half hours to have an outdoor patio set loaded at Lowes in Spokane Valley Washington. I am confident it would have been longer if we didn't eventually lose patience and find a "Manager." The customer service agent, Manager, and all employees we dealt with were rude, arrogant, condescending, and complacent. It is disturbing to me that this way of doing business is a representation of my investment as a Lowes stockholder and I sincerely hope it improves.
