The most unprofessional store I have ever dealt with in my life, ESPECIALLY THE DELIVERY DEPARTMENT. Don't bother calling, they won't answer and when you FINALLY get ahold of a manager, they are useless. Worst customer service EVER!
Our cabinets were delivered two months ago we had six design defects. Do not order your Kitchen cabinets from Lowe’s in Spokane. I have emailed and left messages for Ben the general manager and he won’t return any of my messages. I spent $20,000 on my kitchen cabinets and this has truly been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. 3 of the orders that were design defects by the designer at Lowe’s were re-ordered and ordered wrong again. Nobody ever answers the phone.
Just watched delivery person hawk three loogies in front of my house and NOT wear a mask at any time. No more business from me.
Order online, park where directed, call the number on the sign, nobody answers. What’s the point of this service?
it is impossible to get ahold of anyone on the phone. I understand these are busy times, but Home Depot always has someone available to answer questions. You delivered a dryer with the wrong cord for my setup and the guys didn't even try the cord out when they arrived so I'm just now discovering that it doesn't work. I am not going to take my dryer apart to install the correct cord. Lowe's needs to require customers to wear masks.
we have become Increasingly frustrated with the lack of customer support that this store offers. We just got done purchasing a washer and dryer sat along with the new convection oven and we can not seem to get ahold of anybody to find out where our delivery is. It was confirmed for today but nobody has shown up or called with in the window we were promised. I understand the pandemic and all the restrictions but to wait in line to check out only to have the register have some glitch while being told to wait some more while all the other lines are moving (slowly but moving) and customers are checking out while I just stood there on my blue X waiting. Customer service is none existent at this store. Customer service can still be performed during a pandemic.
Recommendedjust now I love my Spokane Valley location. I visted the one in Spokane off Sprague and 2nd and I cannot belive the employees. I was looking at tools with my boyfriend and I had 2 associates standing over my shoulder literally just staring at us making me so uncomfortable I didn't even wanna shop there anymore.
