After spending thousands of $$ at this store over the years. Today I was refused when returning a gallon of paint that I purchased at another Lowe’s beacause of POLICY.... Bad move Lowe’s this after being told by a manager who wasn’t doing anything that I had to wait to get to the person who refused to do the right thing. I wonder if the Gm if this Lowe’s or a regional manager will have the guts to step up and do the right thing. And their rest rooms suck too. Always have
Very disappointed with Lowe's. We had a drier delivered Monday it was damaged. The delivery guys told us that since it was the stores fault we would get a quick replacement. We had to call the store the next day since no one called us back. Delivery was set up for Wednesday. Tuesday afternoon someone left a message saying the deliver date was changed to December 31, our drier was in but they were just too backed up. Even though we were promised delivery the next day. Love Lowe's! What I really love is coming in and seeing all of the non GMO seeds! It's nice to see a business looking out for the environment!
I was told their milkweed plants were pesticide free so I bought 4. This morning I had 13 dead monarch caterpillars. I'm not shopping there again for anything until they stop selling treated plants that are for butterflies and pollinators.
Originally my review was 5 stars. I have spent at least 20k here in the last 2 years and yesterday was the last straw, customer service completely unhelpful. I have had cashier's be rude, waited on paint dept for 45 minutes and just tired of employees being unwilling to help. Home Depot will get my money from now on.
