Had a problem. The person st customer service said she was not authorized to help. Asked to speak with s manager or supervisor and told that there were NO manager's or supervisors on duty as they had all left for the day. Very frustrated
I want to know how I can get hired on full time. Lowes website keeps sending me emails that I am a good match for them and they want me to apply. I'm having trouble figuring out how to apply. What happened to the old paper applications. Can't someone From Lowes just call me in for an interview or show me how to do the application online. Tim Hodge 317 796-6210. I live right behind the place and hear every time some gets called on the load speaker. I love Lowes Store.
They do not honor the one year guarantee on their plants. I have the barcode and the plant and a card used to purchase it and they refused to even try to look it up or give any exchange or store credit

Never again will I purchase from Lowes! Failed to add the exterior door to our order in September, pushing tile back 2 weeks. Turns out they sent four different lots of tile in different shades, and sizes, only to have the pallet we were supposed to recieve still in their store. Hannah had to return the tile, and our tile installer had to pick upbthe right order. Then, they delivered the wrong dryer, sending an electric dryer with a gas installation kit.... 3 orders in 6 weeks were ALL WRONG!
