Our dryer died Saturday afternoon at the worst possible time. My family and I woke up Sunday morning and decided to head to Lowes after breakfast. We met a gentleman named Rodell while browsing the dryers and he was fantastic! We picked out the one that filled our needs and it's being delivered tomorrow! Rodell did not pressure us. Our kids had a great time talking with him, too. Thanks again to Rodell and all the staff we encountered on our visit. We'll be back!
This is without a doubt, the nastiest Lowe's I have ever been in. NO CARTS for HANDICAPPED! ! Restrooms are totally filthy and trashy. Very poor management here. I don't think I will ever return here. Disabled Veteran.
