Rob in flooring helped us out and did a great job walking us through the type of carpet we would need to have quality and affordability. He has people coming over tomorrow to do measurements so we can get this property listed and sold quickly.
Ordered a privacy fence and it was installed in a timely fashion, but when boards started to warp and our gate stopped functioning, and the sales department does not email nor follow up! Something needs to be done!
Why has it taken me three trips and countless amount of time to try to pick up tile that i have paid for over a week and a half ago?
Worst customer service ever. Picking up tile for a client (already bought and paid for) - on my third trip, they finally found the order and now I've been waiting 20 minutes (so far) did a fork truck to load it. With travel time this store has wasted 2 hours of my day �
